Upon the Community's foundation, the Ladies Auxiliary Sisterhood has played a major role in its life by organizing major annual events such as the Christmas, the Easter and other Dinners. Furthermore, on a weekly basis it coordinates supplying and producing of drinks, food and deserts offered during the Sunday Community gathering at the Community Centre right after the Divine Liturgy. Thousands are the working hours that the Sisterhood members offer annually on a purely voluntary basis so as the aforementioned functions are successfully organized and held. The Sisterhood also supports Community fundraising events, general Community operation, and stands as the main core for preserving mainland Greek & Greek Cypriot customs and traditions, including traditional cuisine and pastry. The Sisterhood is run by a Committee elected every two years, with the current having been elected at the December 2018 elections. Most of its members have been involved in the Community for over than 40 years.
